Mr. Money Banks!!!

A — Warren Buffett: I’d do almost anything for a BILLION dollars. So, Mr. Buffett, you have my attention.

Quicken Loans Inc. announced Tuesday that it will team with Buffett’s Omaha, Neb.,-based Berkshire Hathaway on the “Billion Dollar Bracket Challenge.” Any qualified entrant who correctly predicts the winners of EVERY game in the tournament will be paid in 40 annual installments of $25 million. Odds — 9,223,372,036,854,775,808 — that’s 9 quintillion!!! That word didn’t even show up in spell-check.

A winner can elect to receive an immediate $500 million lump-sum payment or “share in that payment if there’s more than one perfect bracket submitted.” Multiple winners? Ha!

B — Hank Aaron: First, I was not aware the soon-to-be-80 Hall of Fame member was on Twitter. Second, his tweet sent to Richard Sherman was awesome: “hang in there & keep playing as well as you did Sunday. Excellent job – you have my support.” Yep…

C — Cinmeon Bowers, Torian Graham, and Jamaar McKay-Taylor: According to the Marianna Police Department, officers smelled marijuana coming from a car after the vehicle was pulled over for speeding. The three Chipola College (Marianna, Fla.) teammates ate the weed in an attempt to conceal it. Bowers is possibly one of the top junior college prospects in the country. Oh, and Graham has taken a visit to Missouri. Interesting…

And, of course it reminds me of the great movie, Super Troopers.

D — St. Louis Blues: Just for last night.

F — Anthony Lescowitch: Officers in Freeland, Pa., arrested 35-year-old Anthony Lescowitch on Monday night, less than two hours after he shared a wanted photo of himself and taunted police for not being able to find him. He shared the wanted bulletin minutes after Freeland police posted it on the department Facebook page Monday night. An officer pretending to be an attractive woman then messaged Lescowitch, according to police. Lescowitch refused the offer of a drink but eventually agreed to meet for a cigarette, and was arrested at the agreed-upon location.
